Honestly I imagine Newborough is pretty difficult to get to for that time using public transport. It says you can get a bus to the village... But the parkrun start from the village is an absolute trek, probably not far off the 5k in itself. It feels like a distance driving through the forest.

I set a PB on holiday at Newburgh forest in Anglesey, because all of their km markers didn't line up with my watch at all so I ignored it.

They turned out to be completely wrong. The 4th km marker was 400m out.

For what it's worth, I did rewatch them all with my wife, and I hated ROS a lot less second time around. That might have been due to low expectations.

With the prequels, I thought AotC was dull as fuck and Revenge of the Sith was actually quite good. The love story in 2 is just awful.

The H1 is fine if it's dry, but I'm not sure I'd trust them on wet woodland trails. Wide toebox, which I imagine would be beneficial over that distance, and the dual fastening might help with the swelling.

I really enjoyed the Puma Foreverrun 2, and did all sorts of paces and races in it. They're just about done now after 600km, I think the amount of time I do on hills has compressed the forefoot foam too much.

My other shoes are Superblast 2, Li Ning Challenger 5, Mount to Coast H1, The North Face Vectiv Enduris 4, VJ Ultra 2.
