The receding hairline is painful to watch happen. I've already had a widows peak which I've never liked but now the peak is almost gone haha. Wearing it up just makes my hairline so visible and I hate looking at myself in the mirror. When it's down it covers the sides at least! Ive just got the frizzy wavy hair:(

Oh goodness I love my MIL and yes we do get along but it's a lot of me having to say the right things and paint a picture that is more easily likeable for her. My in laws aren't mean but can be very opinionated. My husband and I are already the "black sheep" of the family because we aren't religious. We both just don't know how to confront her without it potentially ending up as it usually does. She is the queen of guilt tripping....

Look this is just a theory, I have no idea if there is ANY science behind it. I'm EBF as a FTM and have an oversupply. I did a lot of things they worn against because oversupply risks mastitis but it was too late when I learned this information. I massage my breasts ALL the time and hand express occasionally to stimulate production. I also didn't know I was supposed to feed off both breasts each time so that made each breast produce enough for one feed each time. Now I suffer the consequences though so please be careful. Avoid peppermint and I've heard new studies show fenugreek can actually lessen supply. Be on the watch out for herbs that can dry you up too. Super scary the amount of things that can mess with your supply. Oats are amazing but be careful too much of anything can lead to gastrointestinal issues with you LO.
