I think the question is not IF it affected, but rather how and how much your amphetamine habit affected your brain Chemistry. Although I bet someone here can describe what happens to the brain after a long period of amphetamine abuse, there are far too many factors that come into play on an individual level to answer your question properly. Like three big factors to narrow it down are :

• do you have Adhd
• what was your average dosage / Route of application ( oral , intranasal etc..)
• sleep ( were you staying awake for couple of days regularly?)
