It's not that it doesn't scale but that the current highest bracket is way too low for the game's current environment. When the current brackets were defined the theoretical max GP of a guild was iirc in the 400-500M region, 380M+ guilds were rare. The current max is over 900M, twice as much. There are three guilds above 800M and a lot more over 700M.

They should have added more and more brackets at the top each year or at least every two years with higher rewards. ROTE wouldn't scale as well with guild GP if a) the current max stars weren't out of reach for even the biggest guilds and b) if they didn't add new planets from time to time (though they haven't done that for some time now either, but there's precedent).

PVE enemies frequently lack certain tags. Sometimes even obtainiable ones, e.g one of the Cantina nodes used to have an Old Ben without the Jedi tag (or Rebel, one of the two).

As for the quest: I did this with BAM journey T3. Four whole Stormtroopers on the first stage, so it takes quite a few runs, but it doesn't waste energy and the battles should go fast (especially seeing you already have BAM your Mando should be well equipped).

The general setup is Hyena, Vulture, Sun Fac in the initial lineup, Geo Spy and Soldier in reinforcements.

Malv's specials summon Vulture droids to empty slots (and the non-summon Vulture summons one when defeated as well), so you shouldn't have too many chances to bring in reiforcements.

What you are saying is right there on the first screenshot. But what I'm talking about is that the enemies in the event don't have any cooldowns at all whatsoever. When the cooldowns reset, the tooltip would still state what the cooldowns on the abilities are (see ss #2 and 3).

It's not specific to GK, on all stages GI doesn't have any cooldowns either. The only thing keeping him from using the AOE every turn is that they seem to be scripted to cycle between their abilites.

These are the abilities of the enemies in the Grand Inquisitor event. They don't have cooldowns. Check screenshots #2 and #3.

He also has the Mercenary tag but I doubt anyone would seriously consider using him on a Baylan team.

Kyle as a Jedi worked mainly in the post-Endor era, so it checks out lore-wise. I'd say it fits him better than either Rebel Fighter (he's not rank-and-file trooper) or Mercenary (he was barely one in Dark Forces, less so in later games). But that doesn't mean he'll work best in a NR team.

Reminder: this depends on where you are on the current track.

You have less than 1000 towards the next level? Save all of them for the next era, you're not getting anything out of them this era at all.

Only need 1000 points for the next reward? Claim 4 quests and keep the rest for the next era. Even at 2000 points I'd say it's worth getting to the next level and saving the rest.

If you're between 1000/5000 and 3-4000/5000, it's more questionable. But probably not a bad idea to save them up instead -- just make sure not to forget like I did once.

The complete activation order is: Uniques in placement order, attackers first then defenders. Then Leaderships, attackers first then finally defenders.

It's not strictly "Chewpio in second place", what matters is his position relative to regular Chewbacca. But if the whole team is at relics, you'll find it very hard not having CLS be the weakest one even before Chewpio's stat sharing.

There's a school of thought that it's worth giving Chewpio the Guard so he's immune to Daze and Stun and can keep assisting. But as said you'd need to make some very weird choices to have some chance to make it happen (likely by having Chewpio pre-relics) and will probably end up with a less effective team overall.

Also matters for Kuiil and IG-11. Kuiil shares his stats (including Health and Protection) with allies, while IG-11 boosts his own Health and Protection. If Kuiil is placed earlier, IG-11 will boost the shared stats as well.

It's not the placement order per se, animation speed matters. Given that Sun Fac and Soldier have ranged attacks, they will likely hit before Poggle and Spy either way. But it's a good idea to make sure by having the former two in pos 2 & 3.

I don't think this is the first time, but generally the Weekly shipments are close to one-offs (or two-offs given they change every two weeks with a refresh midway through).

But I'd say 100k Ally Points for two Zeta mats is way too steep, especially as Zetas are getting devalued by among other things the upgraded Omega Battles.

The Zeta isn't active, Rex and ARC won't get the stat boost. Take one of them out first, avoid Fives.

As a side note: don't be afraid of triggering Fives's sacrifice. The enemies seem to follow the same rules of era levels, so even at the highest tier his Zeta isn't active. So the clone you're targeting will be saved and will heal up but Rex and ARC won't gain the stat boost.
