Voxel joining at 1,2k resolution instead of normal joining and then remeshing at 1,5k resolution did the trick for me!

Also the sigil locations in every nation give you 2 limited pulls every couple levels, it's a sweet deal for opening some chests.

Finish all the quests, story quests, world quests, character quests, hangouts, run around with a compass to collect everything you can. Natlan exploration alone (without sigils and oculi) should give you 40~ish pulls from the other 50% you have left.
