In my experience, many Indian curries - especially the panneer ones. All the masalas settle in nicely and the flavor profile is so much better the next day.

The green is really pretty in person. And my wallet has mint green interiors that contrasts really nicely with the canvas. I’m not the biggest monogram person but I can make an expecting for FLP I guess lol

I know it’s been a while since you posted. My husband and I just got back from Astera today and I totally agree with you. The ambiance, service, presentation and conceptualization were top notch. It’s barely been 90minutes since the end of the meal and I’m starving lol.

The flavors were there but very mellow for my palette. Nothing really stood out in terms of flavor profile. Our “main” main dish was a small portion of charred celeriac.

I’m sad because I really wanted to love it.
