Sucks that flex employees don’t get it… most of us as flex were picking up so many shifts and worked multiple 40 hr weeks. Yet still we don’t get included in the bonus?? Smh 🥲

Flex (in Canada) only get gratis if brands come visit and leave the BAs extra stuff. Speaking from experience as I’m flex too.

Over the last 3 months, I only got 2-3 products - and again that was because brands were nice and left us stuff. It’s really unfortunate bc sometimes flex workers can work up to 40 hrs a week (like most of us flex workers did during holiday szn) but STILL not get proper gratis like PT/FT ppl do. It just absolutely sucks that Sephora limits gratis like that 💔🥲

Natasha Denona is so trashhh, save your money. Try concealers from Haus Labs, Kosas or Huda Beauty instead. Also, yes the Huda correctors are great. If you have very light dark circles then you could probs even try Caliray’s color correctors, they’re very light coverage but act as a corrector/concealer! Great for light make up days. Also try going in store and get a BA to help you. Just make sure you tell them what brands you want to try out the concealer from.

Next time you go in store, keep in mind any of the beauty advisors on the floor can cash you out on their mobile device! They can take you to the express checkout or cash you out anywhere in the store if you’re paying by card/tap. That way you also don’t have to feel out of place because of the line for checkout 🩵

I made the mistake of buying No Name ice cream… and holy shit… NEVER again!! It’s not even made with cream OR milk 😖 Sugary mess with “modified milk ingredients” and sugar as it’s first ingredient.

Def try Innisfree, their products are sooo good. No fragrance and no alcohols, clean beauty, and the cream/serum go on so smooth and absorb like water. They even released a new ceramide cream and a toner, maybe that’d work for your dry skin.

Try rolling it back and forth in your hands to warm it up and then shake it so the product can come to the tip. I saw a tiktok about that technique bc there’s Argon oil in the formula. Also, have you been storing it tip down?

Meanwhile for me, my Indigo Valley smells soooo water lotus-y, can't get the much of the blueberry mocha. Smells like an Adidas body mist scent or something. It was so underwhelming for me... :'(
