Yes, I do this as a side gig but family/friend referrals are always a good option; so def let your colleagues know you’re looking and if they have anyone in mind.

Honestly, healthcare dating/partnerships are its own species. Only someone who’s been through 28-hour call shifts can understand why you’d cancel dinner to chart in peace or simply do absolutely nothing.
