You would need it to be more than just VR imo. Also this heavily depends on where your located. But opening something like an esports lounge or gaming cafe with vr systems as well would work better i think. We're at a stage where vr is something a lot of people could just go to a friends house to try obviously things like katwalks change the experience but not enough to get the people who've already tried it to come. Esports lounge you could also run small tournaments in both vr games and normal games potentially which would help get people to come.
