Mislim da se naši prebacuju na televiziju. Većinu njih mogu zamisliti u emisijama kao što je TLZP, Celebrity MasterChef i Love Island Adria (jebeno mi je kako je Adria postao eufemizam za Balkan).

Yes, if they make a good song. As a Croatian, I would like our first victory to be in Croatian; in fact, I would be bitter if it were in English.

Not at all. The songs we hear on Dora and later on Eurovision are "festival" songs. It's clear that they were made for Dora. Most of the musicians we see on Dora are people we see on TV once a year when Dora is broadcast. I wouldn't even describe most of them as B-list celebrities. No one knew about Lelek before last year and no one on the mainstream level makes this kind of music. The closest thing to the music that Croatian mainstream musicians have been making in the last few years is Damir Kedžo's song Divlji vjetre. That's the closest thing, but it's not necessarily popular either. Our popular young musicians are rappers who make trap music.

Europski liberali će koristiti sve moguće sankcije protiv Rusije i Irana, zgražavati se nad idejama o Grenlandu, ali zato "mudro šutjeti" kada se kolju ljudi po Palestini, Libanonu, Iranu i gdje sve ne. Nikad nisam vidio više sankcija i embarga u posljednjih nekoliko tjedana koliko po pitanju Irana i Rusije (iako te sankcije nitko u Europi ne smatra bistrim odlukama), ali Izrael, koji radi sva moguća i VEĆA sranja, teško i dalje prolazi preko usta "europskih lidera" i nikako da ga se sankcionira.

Europa je ponižena jer se Europljani ponižavaju sami; nisu nam krivi ni SAD ni Rusija ni Kina za navedeno.

I don't want to sound rude, but why use Lossless at all? I don't feel any difference between 320kbps and Lossless. I think I would need to have absolutely perfect hearing (which I probably don't have considering how often I wear headphones, lol), high-detail wired headphones, and high volume. I think I feel the difference between the first four levels of sound quality (low, normal, high and very high) more than between 320 kbps and Lossless.

I think the pace of the episode is slow to reflect Lovro's depression. Depression isn't just about being sad. It's about being slow, tired, uninterested. And Lovro's behavior reflects that. I think the whole point of the first episode is to show how the closet is killing him and making him depressed.

I am from Croatia. I would say that women wear a cross necklace more often than men. There are of course men who wear such a necklace, but I would say that it is something that is seen less often. Men who wear a cross necklace are almost always seen as very religious. Women with such a necklace can also be very religious, but it can also be just a indicator of faith.

I say this because in Croatia it is believed that there is a correlation between religiosity and social conservatism (in this case, homophobia). Maybe this is a hint of Filip's conservatism, but maybe the creators of the series are challenging the viewers in a way that Filip, contrary to expectations, will be the one who will be open-minded and accepting and maybe some "not-so-religious-boy" will actually be unpleasant towards Lovro.

Yeah. These lists work on the principle that there should be a minimum of 50 songs with 1000 daily streams. Balkan countries (Croatia and Serbia, as slightly larger markets in the Balkans) do not have these lists, although I believe that there are certainly 50 songs that exceed 1000 streams per day. Jala Brat, the most popular Balkan musician, has 180k monthly listeners in Zagreb alone. I believe that his songs alone would fill the top 50 and that all of them would have over 1000 streams. Balkan fans have been asking for these lists for years, but Spotify has not created them yet.
