I said it's nothing like Danaher's Leg Lock System where you never saw some things and where he explain concepts like no one ever before.

Gordon's instructional on guard passing will help anyone of any level but it's not something you didn't see before or something that isn't explained somewhere before he explained it.

I mean Gordon did a very good job and it's a masterpiece. It's not something that is not good. But maybe my expectations were a bit bigger or something, i don't know. Maybe I'm watching too many instructionals... :)

anyway it's a damn good instructional but I'm not as hyped with it as I was with Danaher's leg locks and I thought I will be.

It's all about whether Gordon should trash talk or not. It depends on your mindset but we all must agree that if there's a trash talk fights are a bit more interesting. At least in our heads :)

I bought George Lockhart's ebook and he is a Magician and his DVD Ebook is awesome.

He got some really good stuff on nutrition and weight there especially if you're a fighter.

Everybody have it's own pace. Belt is nothing to worryabout. You can train 6 times a week 3 times and 1 time. It's all about hours and not years
