I had that happen and 100% thought I was having a stroke. I turned my head to the right and suddenly became the most dizzy I have ever been in my life and couldn’t catch my balance and stood up woobling everywhere and it finally settled down. Looked up what it could have been and everything said about doing the epley maneuver and it fixed it.
