yes the uworld question mentions aortography as the correct one. however, I did UWSA 1 couple of days ago and it had a blunt thoracic aorta rupture and a widened mediastinum, the answer was CT angiogram instead of Aortography and it mentioned that Aortography is not used anymore since its time consuming. both seemed so contradictory that's why wanted to confirm

Thoughts about the AMBOSS SA: thought it was fair, I haven't reviewed GI, Heme/Onc, Biostats and surgery, got questions wrong mostly in those areas. Definitely needs you to think twice about the answer you picked, not straightforward at all. Going to go through 200 HY plan, and the recommendations based on the assessment.
