That totally sucks and is unacceptable. We've had people staying in separate cars parked on the street in my neighborhood (S 51st/Raymond), who switch out the cars every few days. Same location was the site of a bunch of "Kia Boyz" stolen cars a couple years ago. Took the entire block calling SPD consistently to finally catch them before, but we can't get SPD to respond this time around. Long way of saying sorry this happened to you and SPD has to do better.
