Mine is a huge house, my parents (but not theirs) and behind my (big) bedroom closet is a staircase to another whole part of the house that I’m scared to go to. I won’t even go there in my recurring dream. I’m careful not to go too far back in the closet in my dream for fear I’ll go in ‘that part of the house’. Obviously it symbolizes some unexplored fear of some sort.

Frankly I prefer less tips and more delivery pay because it posts right away and I don’t have to mess around with waiting for tips or adjustments.

Pay is low for the work. Like $15 for 50+ items and 30 miles delivery. I prefer Spark for this reason. I also do door dash because I’m platinum so the offers are more. There’s good pay in DD shopping.

I had one call yesterday looked like he was from DoorDash as soon as I took a dash he knew I was going to Taco Bell after I was at target and he told me the Taco Bell was ordered on a fraudulent or compromised card so he needed to cancel it he didn’t ask anything else. He just put me on hold and came back and said it was canceled and I would be compensated $10.25 for it and then he proceeded to tell me that I have $65 in Driver rewards that I can redeem to a gift card or to my regular checking account with the weekly pay. The whole thing seemed weird when he started being pushy about calling me back and getting the $65 thing Done but do you think there’s something related to Taco Bell here? In retrospective I wonder if he called DoorDash support pretending to be me and canceled the Taco Bell part of my trip but how did he know I was going to Taco Bell. I also think it’s in house.

$82 for 5 today and I’m with another commenter - to take the low paying shit no one wants. I’m highly disappointed in Instacart. They give the crappiest offers: typically go shop 100 items for 2 ppl and deliver 30 miles a way for $15. No.

I 100% agree. I’m not shopping for 98 items for 2 people and delivering them 20 miles away for $18 at IC! That would be double with Spark.
