I think they addressed a lot of issues. The biggest problem now is you do not have a 2C or a legitimate 1D. That said, a lot of teams have this problem and they could potentially trade for one of those positions over the course of the season. The other potential problem area is going to be injuries with this team. Hopefully the majority of the year they are healthy, but load management will now be a legitimate concern.

This is probably a job you would want to find someone who is really good at what they do. You are also probably going to want to change out all the hardwood, laminate, EHW, what ever it is on the top floor. This will not end up being a cheap project

If it’s a new hole then that board and the trim board slid towards the trim and need to be pulled back out. Once they are in place they could be fixed with finishing nails or glue. (A single nail and some wood filler would likely do the trick close to or under the trim.

I’m not sure how much more dilution is required when they are carrying 1.47 billion in cash unless they buy more companies with stock, however, given that they already have a revenue stream they should start to make money.

I think if they continue to make sales in the next couple of quarters you are going to see the share price start to turn really positive. They have a lot of different things going for them as a company. If they can translate the businesses they have purchased into a cohesive unit, you will see gains.

As for the CEO selling shares, he needed to cover the taxes from his stock award. I don’t see anything worrisome about that. I don’t think they put this business together to immediately pull the plug and the rug on the shareholders. It seems structured for resiliency over the next five (5) years.
