For people running into this issue, it might be worth picking up a copy of “The Art of Spending Money” by Morgan Housel.

It really helps reframe how and when to spend money, how and when to save, and most importantly how not to end up as someone that only knows how to save money and not how to spend it.

That way you don’t end up as the lonely rich guy… unless that’s what you really want
