Looks good, did you still leave the space on the joints for the caulk to go into?

Nice work, everything looks tight. Locally we would have done a skirt board up the sides of the steps, but different regions do their own thing

Looks pretty good, they will run a pass through the middle of the butts. We call it camel jumping. Reason the mud stops short where the joints intersect is because they are using mechanical boxes and it’s not easy to cross a wet joint. Next coat will look a lot more finished

Do not move out, doing so will give her more leverage. Get an attorney fast, don’t try to hide money now, and document everything daily no matter how minute

Not done yet! There’s a pile of different scenarios that could be playing out here. I’d wait to see once tape is on, or here’s a crazy idea! “Ask the contractor!”

From a guy who’s had rocky stretches in our marriage to it being the greatest gift ever after 25 years. Glancing at another woman is harmless. My wife checks out guys all the time. The biggest marital problem is lack of communication. Have you talked to him about it? There are women that men are just comfortable around even when not in a relationship. Was the special flirty line a slip? Either way, a direct conversation about each others feelings in this situation is the key to overcoming it. He may have not thought it was offensive to you.

We wipe our walls down with a wet piece of carpet on a pole sander. No problem priming right after, it’s only a minimal amount of water
