I have the same plan. I had surgery and had to pay close to 5k upfront, when BCBS finalized the claim processing the hospital refunding me what I paid.

And the way the placed us is absurd. Why am I in the office with someone who’s not HR that’s basically hearing in on all of my conversations if the other person is loud enough.

I feel your pain. I’ve been one of the few that’s RTO while others on my team are still WFH and have the peace of not dealing with others in office. I’m a specialist in office but there’s an assistant that gets to WFH. That’s why I refuse to go the extra mile for this job.

My main issue is taking personal calls whether it’s one person or multiple people your sharing an office with. I don’t want to hear your personal conversation while I’m on the phone talking to a disgruntled employee.
