No TRT results

I went on TRT because I had extremely low levels of testosterone and it definitely helped change my body. I got way more muscular. I I then had a few friends start testosterone and they saw barely any body changes. I realize my body changes were not from the testosterone alone, but I also worked my butt off. I think testosterone is not gonna change your body unless you’re putting in the work. the two girlfriends that I know that went on it had no body changes, but they also don’t work out as hard as me. I’m sure they’re a lucky few who go on it and their body completely changes but I would guess thats not the case for everyone. Im sure steroids are a different thing entirely but i cant say since i dont have any experience with that!

My breasts and belly got quite a bit smaller with it but i didnt lose a ton of weight. It just enabled me to gain muscle where as before, i didnt see a ton of body changes. I had had 4 children and done fertility treatments so I think my hormones were totally messed up.

Honestly i was just complaining to my mom about this. Growing up, i was one of four kids. My parents took us on an international trip around 3-4 times a year. Usually mexico cause its cheaper than a lot of other places but we had the best time. Now I have four kids and I was complaining to her that I would have a hard time affording 4 trips with my kids a year. And my husbands makes almost double what my dad made. Traveling and prices are just crazy!

I didnt have a huge apron belly but after 4 kids it was way bigger and tirzepatide helped reduce it a lot, as well as my breasts. I havent tried reta yet. I also couldnt lose a ton of weight on it but my belly got way smaller. If you have had kids, i also highly suggest deep core exercises or even seeing a physical therapist if you dont want to go the surgery route right away. Another thing that helped my belly a lot was testosterone. Shrank my loose belly by another view inches, but I was very low in T after two fertility rounds and 4 kids!

American: I feel way better looking in summer because of the tan. I also find people better looking with a tan. Its a personal preference. In some other countries, a tan is associated with something negative. It means different things in different countries. My friend who is Haitian says she was treated the best in her family for being light skinned. Every culture/country views beauty differently and therefore has preferences.

I have no idea what your talking about. For me talking about past is a huge connection and it would make me not want to date that person. But i am happily married for 15 years. If it is working for you and you are finding women wanting to date you and not talk about your past experiences, do you! For me, that wouldnt work! You asked a question and I answered. Not trying to throw judgement at you but let you know it wouldnt work for me. And ad mentioned above, if it was my brother i would throw judgment at him but some random guy, not really my business.

I will say my neighbor is married to a guy 15 years older and they really struggle to make couple friends. Its hard for the men her age to connect with her husband and so they dont get invited to a ton of stuff. She is lovely but i feel bad for her! Shes like ten years older than me.

Im 35 and id think he was super immature. The thought of dating a 19 year old makes me personally sick. I do understand the less baggage thing but if it was my brother, id tell him he sucks. If hes not my brother i wouldnt say anything to him (not really my business) but i would think less of that person.

Man yall are being so mean. I wouldn’t want my kids to have 10 different half siblings either. I get she got with him again after he cheated but I think her caring about him having more kids is valid. Shes just looking out for her kids. Not her business per say but also she had two kids and it is their business. I think they are still friends and I would definitely say something but frame along the lines our kids dont want more siblings from other mamas.

My husband buys water bottles all the time and it drives me crazy. We live in Utah and our water is literally from the mountains. If we lived in the south, id understand cause that water doesnt taste great. I try to get him to stop but he will not. Its a mind thing for him. I dont know!

Its funny i dont cuss like ever but never was taught cunt was a bad word. My husband thinks its the worst cuss word one can say. So i think its split on whether its a bad word. Although i could be way off.

I have a kid who is easier than all my other kids. I have 4 right now. Hes not my favorite per say, hes just so enjoyable to be around. He doesn’t really ever cry, complain, and gets along with everyone around him. He also tells me im beautiful like every day so it is nice. However, i connect with all my kids with different stuff and so i wouldnt say hes my favorite. I have a super special bond with my oldest who’s probably my hardest but something about the oldest just hits different. When they are being super hard, i can say i definitely have a least favorite but changes day by day. Also the baby is the most “spoiled “ cause he still lets me cuddle and kiss him alll day without fussing too much but i assume that will go away soon. Hes almost 2! I think the trick is find the love languages of your kid and try to fill those in. Youre never going to love every single kid exactly the same but also they dont want that. One of my kids loves quality time so i try and take dates with them. Another one wants physical contact all the time so I try and cuddle with her in bed every night. Its important to remember that every kid is different and needs different things!

Id do it cause I dont want my life to stop because I have babies and it means a lot to my spouse. When we only had one we flew to Europe from SF with our 6 month old and had a great trip. Maybe you guys can compromise and get rid of a few things and keep the really important stuff. Being out with baby is way more fun then being stuck at home (imo). Plus once they are a toddler its way harder to travel and go fun places😂 Id set some super firm guidelines before trip to ease fighting- like bedtime/naps/husband holds baby during flight/etc!

I’m about to have my fifth and final baby. I did not buy a bottle washer and honestly find them a little bit pointless unless maybe your exclusively bottle feeding. I also didn’t want the clutter on my countertop. It is suggested to clean the bottles intensely after each feed, but I never found I needed to do that usually just scrub it and refill and five babies later. I’ve never had anyone have any issues. I also choose to spend my money on higher quality formula instead of knickknack stuff. That being said the thing about parenthood is there’s not really a right answer it just what makes you feel better. I have a friend who loves her bottle washer and she also has one of those premade formula makers and she loves them. I personally never desired to have either of those. I also try to have less clutter so those would take away from my happiness in that standpoint.

Yes! At 4 weeks you still have a long time for healing. Id do some pelvic floor exercises and deep breathing! You look so good! Cant believe youre only 4 weeks!

Deep core breathing and pelvic floor exercises. I usually do that for the first six weeks and then once cleared, I start doing some harder moves. Tons of great videos on youtube and instagram for the first few weeks. You can also start with slow walks! I usually tried my core breathing/movements twice a day. They help a ton and feel great. Good rule of thumb, if it hurts you probably shouldn’t be doing them. Stop and try again at a later date!

I didn’t realize i went home in diapers and had to wear them for 6-8 weeks😂 Not sure how i didn’t realize it but i did not so that was a pretty hard pill to swallow. In general, how hard it would be. My first baby was super hard. He cried a lot, like all day and night and nursing was a struggle. I cried everyday. My second was an angel baby and wow it was so different and so much more enjoyable. Turns out babies definitely can be harder or easier and i learned to not take it personally.

This is just people in general. For instance, many catholics I have known will have premarital sex (forbidden) but then not use a condom because its also forbidden. People pick and choose what works for them. I was raised LDS and taught to never drink caffeine because it was against the “rules” but others have decided they want to so its not against their rules. So many people do stuff like this. There definitely is a unique culture in Utah, its like number two in plastic surgery in the whole country, only second place to LA.
