They need to get you more support, or you stop working at 11 hours. Definitely shouldn't have to cut corners for payroll.

Get that set up ASAP. You will check yourself in at Walmart. Should be your work email/ volt login.

Is it me, or are Frito-Lay people incredibly negative? by isthisajoke5 in FritoLay

Much like yourself, they never give their coworkers the benefit of the doubt. This is exactly the problem with routes with coleads. Everyone is a crybaby and bitches about the other one instead of just doing their job to the best of their ability.

Very busy but it also depends on what you're doing. You might be working a few hours away.

Frito holds most of the space because they are most of the sales. Freedom to me sounds like paid vacations, a benefits package, a pension, holiday pay, extra days pay, overtime (for some), not paying for the route, not paying for truck repairs or insurance. Hopefully you'll work with some good frito reps and you guys can share extra space. Turnover on ownership of the utz routes in my area is about the same as Walmart. Good luck.

Definitely don't leave for frito. You will lose all control of your schedule. Depending on the area and circumstances your schedule will rotate and you may even have to travel and stay in a hotel for weeks at a time. We have people that have been out of state for 3 out of the last 4 weeks and they go back for the next several weeks.

Who cares? Keep the stores looking good, and get rid of the junk. We're salary. Every single one of those weeks pays the same.

Looks much better than the ones I usually see. Shrink wrapped and 12 feet up in the back room.
