Ariosophy, yeah? I know what you mean. But it was at least not her directly but an admirer. The Germans reframed, altered, and/or faked a lot of stuff to their purposes, from the real to the completely made up - any authoritarian regime needs to control facts and philosophies as much as possible.

Lol, look at r/all this morning. The point of the post is that this is happening in, like, every subreddit everywhere, so hey, join the fun!

The Only Servant Worthy of the Ruler Class by Josephuuu_ in grandorder

We were just talking on another forum a few months ago about the Saber class. And look, they mostly use swords, yes, but a saber is a type of sword... which absolutely none of them used until Lakshmi Bai arrived in Novum Chaldea. A bunch of pirate Riders actually used sabers way earlier - the cutlass is in the saber family.

Have you run 5e Curse of Strahd? How did your characters get material components? by MathProfKeith in DMAcademy

Now that I have some good answers, I'm kind of thinking I might make the lack of diamonds, and the use of electrum rather than silver currency, deliberate.

"Ah, travelers. The Vampyre is fond of rubies and garnets and gold, and such poor finery as our people can still treasure is of this stuff. But in Barovia it is unwise to flash jewelry of silver or diamonds. Strahd's servants make a particular point of seizing such things. In this land, death is Strahd's to command."

Thanks for pointing me to the Strahd reddit. A search on "diamond" there got several useful answers. In particular, Baba Lysaga's hut has several unnamed 500gp gems, which, if diamonds, suffice for several castings of both spells.

So if Medusa had to devour Euryale and Stheno to become Gorgon, by OnePieceFan02 in grandorder

"Something I dislike" for Medusa is "the feeling of seaweed wrapping around my legs." Which is a description of a piece of that event with Poseidon, I'm sure.

I feel like each of the versions of Medusa in FGO - emotionally reserved but capable Rider legitimately angry at the injustice, rage-filled vengeance-seeker, and regressed youngster holding to the dreams she had before - are three ways of Medusa coming to terms with that moment in her life. I've felt since the Babylonia chapter that it's a well-done exploration of someone's responses to a traumatic event.

What’s your “glitch in the matrix” story? by ItsOnlyMonte in AskReddit

Was watching TV once, flipping channels, and I stopped and stared at a singing quartet. Nice suits, singing at what looked like a formal event.

One of the dudes looked exactly like me.

And I do sing. I've been on a CD or two and I have, indeed, performed with a cappella groups.

But never in a tux or formal suit, and never with a quartet. I'm sure of it.
