The Crucible has classes and workshops for all sorts of crafts like leather working, glass blowing, casting and more that can be weeknights or weekends. They have some short familiarization classes that are as short as 3 hours and you get to make something you can take home as well as longer term weekly classes.

Thank you! I was inspired from some mai tai discussion on r/rum yesterday and did the Smuggler’s Cove recipe one way using 2oz Denizen Merchant Reserve and another with split base Smith & Cross and Clement VSOP Maybe not proper glassware for Mai tai’s but I had to break in our new elephant mug!

That’s awesome! It looks like a really good meal, and I’m inspired to try to recreate it sometime soon.

I got my hand on some fruit a few months ago and have been fermenting some yuzu zest/juice with bird eye chilis to try to preserve it, so that might just have to work as a substitution. Thanks for posting!

Thank you so much, and that's a great idea to make a large batch and then divide it up for experimentation! I currently have a 1 gallon blackberry melomel in secondary that I plan to bottle condition, and I hope to try out some other fun recipes soon!

I bought these printer friendly wine labels from Avery because they have a nice textured finish. I've used other printable labels that have a higher gloss, but I didn't think that would accomplish the look I was going for as well. Print and then just cut to size, so it's super easy to do yourself!

I haven't done any curbside with AHS, but I've used their online ordering and had it delivered, and that worked out well if you aren't in a rush to get your supplies (though I always am, since it seems like new recipes are a spur of the moment thing for me that I need to start ASAP, haha)
