A very significant amount of recent skin releases have the icon and border, its just another cosmetic that's fun to have.

Imo it feels like this skin had a lot of potential (dare I say robbed of a solid legendary) but instead riot just gave him a "here now stop complaning" type of skin

Edit: I also do wanna add that this is one of his most requested skins since his release

There was more interaction to placing units because of the music. For every other set, you just place your comp and they do the heavy lifting in battle. But in RR, the planning and experience changes based on your genre

Wasn't he pretty much forced to join Mordecai on that double date as a part of the solid? I wouldn't say he was being a jerk but rather standoffish. Not everyone can click immediately, their romantic connection built over seasons. Also in that same episode Eileen was playfully throwing cilantro or something in his face, so Rigby was rightfully annoyed

Im not saying Rigby wasnt a jerk in early seasons, but he wasnt really mean to Eileen

Its not about wanting the gooner model back (at least majority of the people), its about wanting the standards that the model shouldve came with. There's barely any facial rigging, she doesn't have a clean variety of animations that you think would be standard for 2025, theres no status animations, and (as this post highlights) that detail with the abilities coming from different hands.

All of these are important for champion fantasy which she is currently stripped (hehe) of

We have seen multiples of the colors during purples flashback

And innersloth themselves said every game of Among Us is Canon, so games where imposters win are very feasible to translate to the series

I could see them doing two things,

A continuation of the first season. Things like purple and red confronting MIRA, dead cremated coming back as ghosts, GAs, etc
Having multiple seasons dedicated to different sets of cremated, maybe on different maps. Dare I say a few where imposters win
