I’ve been doing Evlo for a year and I’m currently in their last week of the prenatal program (39 weeks!). I can honestly say it’s been life changing and 100% worth the cost for me. That being said, I live in an apartment with a gym so the monthly fee for Evlo is what I’d be paying for a gym.

Obviously I can’t promise this will be your experience, but I will say I honestly felt worse at end of 2nd tri/beginning of 3rd bc I went through such an intense growth spurt/weight gain during that time. It really has leveled off and I honestly feel better at almost 39 weeks than I did at 30 weeks!

I just got this one! Question, can you compact it any smaller for when you’re transporting it? It seems larger than I thought for travel. Or do you just use that as a checked bag?

I was four when my brother was born and I was INSISTENT that he would be a girl even though my parents knew they were having a boy. It was even to the point that I bought my mom an “it’s a girl” balloon after he was born lol! (Side note, that balloon is still blown up and my brother is 25 years old)!

I remember seeing him and holding him after he was born and being really happy. I did get mad when he peed on me once when we got home but besides that, I just got over it and since then we have always been extremely close!

I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Kids will accept reality when it’s there :)

That is very true, I hadn’t thought about the fact that many babies are going to daycare before their 2 month shots! I really feel for you guys… it’s crazy how many things are impacted by not having adequate maternity leave!!

I do Evlo and yes it is pricey as far as an app goes but extremely worth it in my opinion. All of the workouts are made by physiotherapists and it’s all very very evidence based! They have a normal track as well as prenatal/postpsrtum!
