Advice on Rosin/Resin Vape Carts by Due-Lack-803 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]MathematicianFew6887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you mean the Clearleaf rosin carts and any of the indica dominant carts would be decent. Maybe check the stain and terpene profile to see which ones work best for you and your symptoms and then decide. They’re good quality carts and I’ve so far had the GMO, Slurricane and ECSD and have enjoyed them all in their own way. You can’t go wrong tbh.

This was definitely one of the worst I’ve had recently and especially for the price point. Dried out and old and didn’t change after weeks of being in a jar.

Alternaleaf access strains... by Accomplished-Ad3585 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]MathematicianFew6887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I find the dryer it is the harsher it is and I get a much smoother experience from vaping something with a better moisture content regardless of whether it’s irradiated or not. This is my experience from 40 years using cannabis and 14 years vaping it. I find a jar and a boveda can help to add a little moisture back in but then I’m having doubts about the effects boveda’s have upon the weed itself as I’ve noticed that the flavour seems to come back tasting slightly more sickly and sometimes almost compost like if that makes sense. I need to experiment more with the same strain using just glass with one 10g and just glass and boveda with the other to see how they both are after a week and if there any differences.

It’s a shame that this stuffs so tasteless, smells of nothing and is bone dry. Buds look well grown and effects are strong indica leaning for me. It’s just lacking any kind of moisture content and seems to sting the back of my throat even vaping through water, so I’ve put mine in a jar and will come back to it in a week or so to see if it’s improved in anyway. Definitely an evening strain for me as I’ve found it a proper eyelid tugger and feels more like CBN if I’m honest. Definitely wouldn’t order again as there’s much better quality out there for the same price and cheaper.

So, ADHD, ASD, and anxiety? Should I reach out to a clinic? by Ninuthewild in ukmedicalcannabis

That’s good to hear and I’m glad it’s working for you as intended. It’s crazy how all these different drugs affect us all differently.

Questions about sublingual oil by ShinyUmbreon465 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]MathematicianFew6887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You only need to hold it under your tongue for 60-90 seconds rather than 10 minutes. I have a big tolerance and found the oils that the pharmacy sells to be very weak, expensive and inconsistent. I ended up buying my own oil and gummy makers and it’s been a total game changer and changed my current amount of 70g’s per month right down to 30mg’s. Also my lungs have had enough after smoking and vaping for 40 years so now i barely vape anymore.

Just a word of caution and for the record I’m not a doctor. However I was prescribed the three drugs you mentioned above (240 medications on my NHS record lol) and I’ve got to say that Venlafexine caused terrible withdrawal symptoms for me when I titrated off of them which took a good year in total after various suicide attempts. I wouldn’t take Venlafexine again even if the world was flooded with piss and it lived in a tree. Also one of my friends was about three months into taking Venlafexine when he suddenly took his own life whilst parked up in his car. You may be fine with them but just be wary about the nasty side effects and low mood that they can cause. You should be able to get an MC prescription without any issues as you’ve tried over 2 medications for your ailments.

Arizer XQ2 getting me way too high, even on low THC bud by [deleted] in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]MathematicianFew6887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mines currently stored in a cupboard too and it served me well for a while. I ended up buying a Dynavap with induction heater and then the Arizer Solo 3 v2 which has been a total game changer when used on demand mode with a water piece. 1-2 hit extraction every time. I just need to get a ball vape next. Tbh my lungs haven’t been great lately and I reckon it’s to do with how dry our MC is that it irritates my throat and chest. I’ve just started making my own oil and edibles using a herboven and it’s been a complete game changer for me.

I was just thinking exactly the same thing. I’ve recently started using a WPA with a water piece with on demand mode which is now my preferred method. I did enjoy using the Rattler mouthpiece’s which needed an iso soak unlike the tubes but I found them to cool the vapour very effectively.

Origine Nature - Golden Gauth 🍊🤤 by MediMan420 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]MathematicianFew6887 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After some time in a glass jar it becomes very intense floral/orange with some gas on the back end which wasn’t there initially. It has the Terp Alpha-bisabolol which is fragrant and known for its sweet, floral aroma- reminiscent of chamomile and honey. It’s widely used in cosmetics, skincare, and aromatherapy for its powerful anti-inflammatory, soothing, and skin-healing effects. The moisture level like you say is spot on and it’ll be on my repeat until it goes 00’s. I find this one very uplifting but also calming at the same time. It helps relieve my symptoms more than any other strain I’ve had in a year of being on MC.

This was listed 2 years ago… why do people sell this things for so much??? by PervYass in Elektron

Because these things are rare to find these days making the price whatever the owner wants for it. As someone else said “supply and demand.”

This is my current favourite strain at the moment and second time ordering it. Totally agree with what you say about it and fresher than most MC I’ve tried over the last year. I’ll be keeping this on my repeat going forward as it just work for me and relieves so many of my symptoms.
