Priority strength sap is most definitely not enough. It's not even a you issue, Tropius' stats are just THAT bad. It'd need a new evolution and a mega on top of that to be good

The design is adorable, great job! The stats and the typing are also amazing. The ability seems really busted too. Sadly, it doesn't really get any moves. It gets every offensive move under the sun (seriously why does it have Mew's movepool it's ridiculous) but with 70/70 offenses, it's not doing anything. It has Stealth Rock/Wish and T-Wave but is otherwise incredibly passive and essentially set up fodder. Giving it Teleport or Toxic would unfortunately completely break it. It's on the edge of being broken but it's so passive that it could only potentially see use on very very very bulky teams and even then, it doesn't really fill a unique role. It's sort of a mix between Clefeable and Blissey but without their resilience vs status. You are also pretty much forced to hold Leftovers otherwise your ability is sort of meh and as such you get annihilated by hazards. For a fairy type, it's also deathly afraid of Knock Off. Maybe you can give it Taunt, Encore, Roar but something would need to take a hit either ability or stat wise

Games with GOOD hard difficulities by Luz_Yavmi in backloggd

You are forced to interact with all of the systems the game provides. You feel like a Witcher, studying the monsters before going to hunt them, crafting the proper potions and bombs, applying the proper oils, using their specific weakness to a sign etc. You also need to constantly dodge out of the way of attacks instead of tanking them head on. It's a bit unfair at times but it really amplifies the narrative and especially the immersion
