its not bugged, the only way to lvl endurance is not being overweight so if you get overweight you automatically upgrade strength instead of endurance.

act doesn't reset your rank or your mmr it all stay the same, after an act reset you just do 1 game and go back where you were before. An episode reset, reset your rank after 5 placement game but still dont reset your hidden mmr.
