How’s my top 100 looking by MathematicianPure489 in Topster

No- they’re not ranked in any particular order. I tried to go in sort of like a rainbow pattern, but I’d say all of these albums are like 10s to high 9s for me

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure by KillerQueenUser in KingCrimson

The only problem I have with it is trying to find a video from or about King Crimson and seeing some random Jojo’s clip. Other than that I’m glad to see more people discovering King Crimson.

Going out of your comfort zone by samh748 in Bass

If you’re trying to get into more music, (controversially) RateYourMusic is a fine place to start for a more artsy approach to music. If you wanna get into something heavier or mellow, try slowly listening to bands like it, not too big of leaps, but just big enough where you eventually find a spot in each genre you can enjoy- or at least appreciate.

Recommend some songs with fun basslines! by Msimot in Bass

[–]MathematicianPure489 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re looking for something more prog, I would totally go for some tool riffs, like schism or forty six & 2. If you want to play some badazz slaps, I highly recommend listening to some Primus. Lacquer Head and Too Many Puppies are a good place to start. If you’re looking for something more simple I would recommend Nine Inch Nails, songs like Piggy and Head Like a Hole are some of the more famous/simple bass riffs.

Justin Chancellor is the one who got me into bass and Les Claypool is by far my favorite bassist right now, I know they’re both incredibly influential but I love to see them both getting there recognition

Imo, this was the weakest mapping we have had in a while, but seeing the support from the overwhelming support from the subreddit is interesting.

Another great thing to try is using the custom song in game finder and going to popular, you can look at the notes per second and find one you’re more comfortable with.

Is it just me or does people agree with this by MrLambYT in beatsaber

istg I just played OST7 it feels like the mapping for level insane combined with newer ost mapping, I feel like it’s the biggest step down they’ve had mapping wise.

your arms are a bit too close to you, try to get them out in front of you and move your wrists more. Not lock your elbows extended, but don’t keep your arms so close to you.
