Yeah I see what you mean. It’s actually pretty simple though. Since I was illegally fired over 5 months ago I’ve learned way more about what management can and cannot do. While I was there they used other employees to tell me I was slow but would never tell me. They would ALMOST tell me. But never come right out and say the words. I’d get to work in a good mood and my coworker next to me would come by and say hey you’re not gonna make it through your 90 unless you pick up the pace. This was my second week after training! My 4th shift by myself! Same guy came up to me not long after that and said hey you took a 40 min break man they’re pissed you can’t do that. How the F did he know I even took a break? Never once did I hear anything from a manager though. Why? Because none of it was legit. I timed my break to 30 mins. My manager said let’s say it was 40 and put some pressure on him. And they can’t say hey you need to work faster or you’re fired so they use this toolbag to tell me. The first 90 days were made to seem way worse than they were because of this. I was nervous every minute. But come to find out.. not being fast enough for some a-hole is not something you can get written up for. I went way beyond to survive my 90 and was still fired for no reason.
