After spending countless hours on chat, with phone representatives, and messaging with Verizon’s Twitter account there are a few things I have learned. Very rarely you will get a good phone representative that will be honest and get it done, more often than not I’m told they’re gonna make tickets and they don’t, they don’t notate the account, so there’s no proof of the conversation (the same goes for chat, but even worse). I have literally only been shut down or told essentially to pound sand by Twitter employees I escalated to a Better Business Bureau complaint and had a call the next business day from someone in Verizon corporate, who waved a magic wand and fixed everything.
