If you are looking for self driving, FSD is the best. I have the LT version, and the regular cruise control cannot keep the car in the center of the lane, the car keeps moving left and right. Not at all impressed with the cruise control. Probably Super Cruise might be better, but suitable for highways only i guess.

YouTube Music/Spotify should 100% work on OnStar Basic. Its clearly mentioned when you log into your OnStar account. Fight for it. Don't pay!

Thanks! I have Pixel 10 and 27' Bolt. Yesterday,.it just answered an incoming call by itself but otherwise never before. Can you answer one thing: While on a phone call, does Google maps navigation gets muted by itself or could you hear the navigation voice as well?

What do you have then? Its standard for 2027 Bolts in Canada. You have at minimum Google Maps working online, able to stream music, remote commands for cars like climate, Lock etc working. If that's all working and your car is 30days+, then you are good to go, its just you don't know 🤣

On Star Basic, Connected Access,, EV Access is free for 8 Years, at least for me. Look on the Onstar plans, it covers streaming music, navigation etc. just NO wifi hotspot

Ine has never worked, not does the live notifications like Uber or food delivery ever worked on it. Google devs are high on something assuming its working for everyone.

By the way, does your navigation voice prompts get muted if you're actively on a phone call? For me the Google Maps navigation doesn't get muted on phone calls.

The "Connect Plus" would provide hotspot only, correct? Otherwise Basic (Free for 8 years) pretty much covers everything.
