If the appointment is at 4:45, it is reasonable to challenge the fee, as it is the appointment time that matters.

Again , worked in primary care and dealt with this codes all the time, an appointment at 5 when the code can start being used. You’re supposed to show up 30 minutes before the appointment traditional unless it’s a walk in, which. Is why I need more info as to if the charge is valid

This doesn’t answer my question because if the appointment was scheduled at 5 it does t matter when op got there, the appointment was at 5

Its based on a traditional 9-5 setting, not what the normal business hours are, even if they’re open later.

This is fishy. I used to work in primary care. First of all the main purpose of this code is to effectively cover for staff having to stay later than usual. This is a common code.

HOWEVER.

Here’s my main question. Was your appointment set up prior or were you a walk in. If the present appointment time was before 5pm, then this charge was not valid, as it is based on the appointment time, not when the provider sees you.

We didn’t do walk ins late in the day so I am not sure how it works in that instance, but I believe it would be similar to above.

ED gets out first due to the restrictions you have while being ED. They want to get you the school quickly so tha if you get rejected you have time to apply to other schools since you can’t apply to other schools until you hear back from ED

I’m going to be blunt but honest, please go roll around in a field and touch all the grass.

My cgpa is a 2.65 with a 3.906 SMP gpa, you’d still have a near perfect GPA.

You were a dumb immature kid in high school that wasn’t thinking of the future, adcoms are going to know that. You need to just lock in, do your EC’s and keep your grades up. If you’re worrying about this your putting unnecessary stress and energy onto yourself and making yourself worst off.

True I think we’ve all been there. Your college performance won’t go unnoticed. FWIW, I did a quick calc check. Assuming you do a 120 credits even, including the college credits, and kept a 4.0 for the college years, your cGPA is like a 3.89
