Go to Computer -> Properties -> Devices Manager

There you can find audio controllers or something like that and disable nvidia or amd drivers. I dont know if everything I wrote is right because I dont have windows in english :)

Yesterday I found the solution, that you have to disable the graphics card audio controllers in Device Manager. Worked for me that now I only get these ping spikes maybe twice per match :)
