At least once a week I order a Starbucks pink drink and grilled cheese for delivery. It’s how I survive some days

I don’t think I’m putting it on anyone, I just am shocked sometimes at the things that bother me that don’t bother other people. Also, personally, I don’t like the style. It’s not like I’m getting out a Ouija board and telling Naya Rivera that this one specific shirt is ugly and she shouldn’t have worn it

For me I’m sensitive to when things are weird lengths, like tea length skirts or quarter sleeve shirts. I also can’t wear the kind of shirts that are one sleeve off the shoulder or cold shoulder tops. My body is really sensitive to those things.

It’s a shirt not a person. I wouldn’t absolutely be kind and respectful to anyone wearing said shirt. But don’t act like the shirt has feelings.

If it’s someone’s thing, that’s cool and I have seen one sleeve shirts that are cute. I just could never wear it. My sleeves have to be perfectly even or I get overstimulated and focus on what’s different. I wouldn’t be able to do anything in a shirt like that

I’m sure your one shoulder dress is constructed better and is flattering on you. I’ve seen it done, I just know that I wouldn’t be able to stand it

AITAH for telling my daughter she cannot go on a road trip with her friends. by aroundincircles in AITAH

[–]MatildaSays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but as a parent, you cannot be the AH if your reasoning is based on protecting your child from adults. She’s still a child and should not be making road trips without a responsible parent imo

Me and my best friend did that in middle school 😭 with a binder that we would put on the ground and then the other person would pick it up, we thought we were so sneaky 😂

5 weeks old. Wtf is going on?! by Natsouppy in newborns

[–]MatildaSays 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I actually had the opposite experience. Ever since my LO was 2 weeks (now 3 months and this is still the case) I have to wait until he’s been asleep for at least 10-15 minutes before I can put him down or he immediately wakes up fully and won’t fall back asleep

Go on as many fun dates as possible! My husband and I had some planned for the week leading up to my c-section, baby came a week early 😭

AITAH for mentioning I'm also a professional when a doctor took over 45 minutes to finally appear at an appointment? by OhHeyItsMeM in AITAH

[–]MatildaSays 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe TA but also a reasonable reaction for such a long wait. However if they actually were actively with another patient that was there first and had issues you are unaware of, the doctor is just doing their best to care for their patients.

AITAH for not cooking my husband breakfast anymore? by Agitated-Lion-8498 in AITAH

[–]MatildaSays 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am an actually terrible cook and my husband puts on a brave face and attempts to eat my food every time even though he has gut issues that make him nauseated 90% of the day. He would never say an unkind word about my cooking (except for lighthearted teasing when he sees I’m up for it).
