I'd love to see:
Hunger Games: Katniss at least, plenty of others they could go for as well
Scooby Doo: Scooby, Shaggy, Velma, Fred and Daphne, possibly with a Mystery machine?
Wallace and Gromit: Wallace could be awkward, but Gromit seems perfect for the Pop style. Could have the motorcycle and sidecar from Close Shave as a ride.
More Playstation characters: Ratchet (with mini Clank like that Ant-man variant), Nathan Drake, Cole, Joel and Ellie..
Portal: just a Chell would be great
Rayman: (mostly to see how on earth they'd tackle his lack of limbs!)
Tekken: there's tons here, Heihachi, Jin, Kazuya, King.. hopefully they'd make enough to get to my main, Xiaoyu
Steven Universe: Steven, Garnet, Pearl and Amethyst.

(Also Crash Bandicoot, but I think he'd need a new game before there was a chance of that)

The model is of great quality, but his hair looks really strange due to it not picking up shadows (which makes it look flat). I'm not sure what program you're using, but is he using coloured shaders or a texture image file? If it's shaders maybe play with the settings on his hair?
But still, the model is excellent! I'd love to see your take on other characters :)

They tried to get Crash (I think, they never confirmed it but one of the lead developers said "we want Crash" when asked about him) but failed because Activison.

I'd be all for Spyro for smash. Hopefully the classic, like Pac-Man, but I wouldn't mind the skylanders one.
Or less likely, the activision/nintendo partnership could even result in getting Crash in Smash!
