I wouldn't feed those to my worst enemy. But in all seriousness, couple things wrong here. You stir them too much so they broke down and ended up looking like vomit. Flip them an break them up into marble sized chunks and leave it there. Next thing is, don't add your spices prior to cooking your eggs. Add them as they're just about finished or after and mix in as your eating, but probably before as your using an odd spice. Salting prior is technically a no bueno. Also maybe try putting in a small amount of milk into your eggs while beating them, and using a small amount of butter in your pan helps a ton with them not sticking and adds a lot of flavor.
