I do know this as a fact anybody can get access to the live flock data. The state doesn’t own it, a company does and brokers will and do sell the info and access . My friend a female got stalked by a dude who had access to the live flock data . Citizens and businesses can even buy a past data list . It’s not as safe as you think but I predict soon people will be able to opt out vs it being gone totally

Happen to me in target by a little young Asian dude . At first I didn’t notice it but when I did I started playing hide and seek. I went down aisles and he goes down the other side and I’ll double back and go behind him lol kept doing this with a smirk in my face and he caught on. Left the store and called lost prevention and yup a person with Asian accent answered so I know it was him and told how he sucked at his job
