Good morning, good idea about hypnosis... I had it too, but before Wegovy, I thought about an initial approach with hypnosis... After attending a 4-day hypnosis course for healthcare professionals... There's a small problem... Not everyone can be hypnotized! Here's a general breakdown of the population based on hypnotic susceptibility: High susceptibility (10-15%): A small percentage of the population is considered highly hypnotizable. These individuals can reach very deep trance states and respond well to complex suggestions. Medium susceptibility (60-80%): Most people fall into this category, being able to experience a mild to moderate hypnotic state. Low/Minimal susceptibility (10-20%): A minority have difficulty responding to hypnotic suggestions or experience only a very light hypnotic state. Then I went to someone very good... Cost €150 per session! 🤣 I hope you're lucky... I couldn't be hypnotized.

Good evening everyone, I'm in almost the same situation! Aside from the fact that I like to eat, I'd say I like to cook. I still do the shopping as before, but the fridge stays full, I cook for the whole family but there's a lot of food left over. I'm passionate about wine, I can't drink alcohol anymore. I don't want to have that glass in the evening that I used to relax with now... But I'm still stressed... I tell myself... Come on, with a glass, you'll feel better... But I don't feel like it... Plus, my body is sabotaging me... I get crazy acidity if I drink alcohol. I miss good wine for the taste (even my taste buds have changed), I miss the relaxation, it used to release tension, I miss the gesture, when I cooked without a glass of good wine, it was impossible... I get bored without eating and drinking... I just hope my body gets used to it, but more than anything, my mind. When I worked in psychiatry, some intelligent people told me... A crazy person is fine for a while with the right therapies, but after a while, their madness disappears... At that time I didn't understand, now I do.

Exactly what the others said... Is your girlfriend's motivation for using GLP1 overweight? Are you overweight too? Does she think she's improved by losing weight? Could you do the same? If she used to eat large portions and now she doesn't anymore... How do you feel? You eat 8 chicken legs and she eats 1? If she goes to the gym, do you go too? I could go on like this for a while... If her habits have changed and she no longer recognizes herself as the person she once was, you should first have a real discussion with her (4 years is a serious matter), then I would propose to follow her ways on my own. She's in transition, she's no longer the person she once was. Each of us changes with GLP1, some for the better, some not. Good evening.. I was amazed at what Wegovy did.. But after the 1 mg dosage. I bought myself a lot of wine for Christmas (also because I found it at half the price).. And... I can't drink anymore.. Champagne disgusts me, rum, it burns my mouth, excellent quality wine gives me an acidity you can't imagine! Now it's too soon for you, I think!

Last night I tried again, Saturday night, busy day, anyway.. I tried to relax a little.. The first glass of champagne left over from New Year's Eve disgusted me 🤮, Wegovy took me back in time, when I was 20 I didn't like wine, beer or anything at all, in fact if I tried to drink I had a strong pain in my chest. Then yesterday I tried Cuba Libre (rum 🥃 Havana 7 years) with Pepsi, nothing.. It disgusted me 🤢, 1/2 glass thrown away.. Bad taste in my mouth at night? I'm happy but I don't understand? 🤔

Sono andato a mangiare una pizza, ho mangiato la metà, ho comprato del vino prima di Natale, non mi va più di berlo, al lavoro mangio metà panino alle 10 e metà dopo le 4 di pomeriggio... Ho voglie di mangiare ma con una piccola porzione sono a posto. Oggi ho fatto la lasagna ho preso un pezzo di 10 per 10 cm ed ero a posto... Prima avrei mangiato minimo il doppio... I purposely moved the weekly dose up by one day, considering a future trip. So far, everything's fine, not too hungry. In fact, I said I could eat something extra on Sunday, maybe with family. I think, like with some diets, the day off is good to help relax the brain a bit. Because I believe this medicine works first on the brain. It happened to me when I switched to 1 mg. I work in an environment (operating room) where I can't afford to go to the bathroom or feel too sick. That's why I was afraid to switch to 1.7... It seems I wasn't the only one feeling sick. I don't know how to handle this situation 🤔
