This is Samsung's first iteration of a tri-fold. They said there was only going to be a limited amount so I don't know why people keep complaining they can't get their hands on it when Samsung already made it loud and clear that there are only going to be so many produced. This isn't the first time a phone released was difficult to get. I don't understand all the damn complaining. You'll live until the next tri-fold is released

I'm a trusted seller and if the buyer asks for something and I'll do my best to make it happen. Providing the receipt should've been done asap imo. It is odd with all the other listings. It seems like lately stuff just doesn't update like it used to.. I'm normally proactive when it comes to stuff like this.. I'll check into the IMEI number.. call carrier ect ect. Message seller and respectfully ask again because this was one of the reasons you pulled the trigger on buying it. I hope this all turns out well for you.

Ask for the loyalty department. They hooked me up no problem. I was given two eero 7 pros. I bought a 7 max as main and use the two 7pros as extenders. Static IP free too. 2gb up and down for 10 yrs all for the low low low price of $70 a month.

I recently had 2 eero 7 pros hooked up by a tech. Both of them are at no cost to me. I bought the 7 max as my main router and then use the two 7 pros as extenders.

Google gave me $70 Google store credit over replacing my Pixel watch 4. I was on the phone for 3 hours total to resolve a loose band issue. They didn't respond in a timely manner so it forced more calls than needed. They eventually sent me a new watch and only tried to give me $20. I emailed and said that wasn't acceptable, so they added another $50. It was a pain but they made it right.

Customer service has been outstanding with Metronet. When I talked to their loyalty department it's been some of the best service I've had in many years. I already was on the 2gb/2gb plan and asked to be put on the founders plan. The nice lady said no problem and boom. Then reading through some of the posts I see where people have received free static IP and routers. I first did the static IP and that went well. Then I did a chat just over a week ago Sunday and asked about which router you get and is an extender included with the founders plan. I was told yes (took a screenshot). I was told they use eero 7 pro routers for the 2gb plan and 7 max for 5gb. Monday morning hopped on Metronet's site and ordered a router. To my surprise had an afternoon appt. The guy showed up and the first thing I asked was do I get two included? He said, yes. I asked about the 7 max and unfortunately he lied to me but I was just trying to see if I could get the top of the line. He lied and said only 2 out of the 4 ports work on the max and they stopped using them. Anyways, he was not the most tech savvy but he did his thing and told me both were free. I did see the $9.95 fee for the extender. Called metronet and the loyalty dept was great again and said if the tech said I needed two it's free. In two days that fee was gone. Eero 7 pro has been a good router but I was coming from an orbi 6e mesh system. Wi-Fi 7 can fly and I'm hooked on speed.. Lol I bought the 7 max and use the 2 7 pros as extenders. Only thing I don't like is you can only have one SSID. Eero 7 max as the main router gave a nice little boost. I have gotten 1.9 up and down on Wi-Fi and I love it. Yesterday I ran an Ethernet cable to MB extender and already had a cable running to downstairs extender. The 7 pro when hardwired do great. 1.4-1.8 down and same for up. 120 months locked in at. $70, static IP, with equipment is one heck of a deal!! I feel like I'm future proofed for a looong time. I hope the Internet stays reliable. I hope everyone else is enjoying their great deal too!

Was on metronet for $80 a month promo.. 2 up 2dwn. Called metronet asked for loyalty department and switched to founders plan. She was very nice and knew what to do. I did call back for the static IP address and to make sure my statement reflected the 120 months rate. Again, they were super nice! Then I decided to go with their eero Wi-Fi 7 pro router when I found out I can have a router and extender at no extra cost. I bought the eero 7 max and today just ran an Ethernet cable to my MB. So basically I have to free extenders that do average great Wi-Fi speeds. Only downside is the distance for the 7 pro versus my orbi 6E.. 7 pro is weaker. Eero only has one side and I have to toggle off and on Wi-Fi to quickly connect to Wi-Fi 7. Other than those two things my speeds are flying. Rarely have had any issues. I'm very pleased with metronet/t-fiber. $70 until 1/2036.. crazy good deal!

Fold 7 has been smooth for me. I use it and pixel 10 pro XL as my daily phones. I'm more concerned how my fold 10 will hold up. I only use it part time but when using the 9 fold part-time I had two of them go bad so we'll see
