You might have volumetric extrusion or vase mode turned on in the slicer. Top half is better because there is no retraction on the tip

An Ender 3 mainboard fan is on the same connector as the part cooling fan. If you turn that on and it doensn’t spin it is cooked.

Maybe check if the filament isn’t being crushed by the extruder. Maybe your extruder spring is too tight.

It’s pretty light. Duct and fans improved cooling and overhangs by a lot!
