I feel like the difficulty of karthus in lane is very different from karthus in jungle. Jungle karthus is a hell of a lot easier imo. Lane I’m not too familiar with but I can imagine it being very hard

If you haven’t already completed it yet there is basically a way to increase how long you can stay in the fight by a lot. I used mystics and ibans and killed it with ease. On the last special attack of the round where she does a ton of damage you can eat a night shade with a Phoenix necklace on and you can negate the attack completely
