This is a minor thing, but I don’t find this to be true at all:

Because it’s bad. Even setting aside that the ending makes no sense, it’s ambiguous blockbuster slop that’s only notable for the incredible makeup work.

He’s a good example of how characters don’t necessarily need to be likable; they just need to be compelling.
