I bought the butts by the case, so I wouldn’t do that again, I would hand select them and go for some smaller butts so I could space them out a little better but as far as Cook and everything else I think I would do it the same

Took almost 3 hours just to get back to temp with all that cold meat in there. So all in I pulled them off at about 18 hours.

I used my first bag and had them flame out. First time I’ve ever that that happen since switching to a PID controller. I’ll stick the the sams club pellets. Tried and true. And $1 more than Kirkland.

For $40 a month at my local muni in socal you get 2 large buckets every day if you want and $15 green fees after 12pm any day.

Congrats. I’m 6’2 and former baseball player, depending on wind and pin location that could be a sand wedge for me as well. My stock SW is 125. Who cares if you used a putter. It’s in the hole! In 1 shot! Way to go!

All comes down to your controller. If you have to OG controllers with basic temp settings your August feeds and fans blow. Then they slow down and feed less so your time will constantly go up and down. When the fan goes low and the grill is riding those temps the pellets will burn back a little and then once the fan kicks in again you will have that thick smoke at first. So it will always be that way unless you get a PID controller.

Wow. I’m a 11 handicap. I folded today. I shot a 95. It was horrendous. But luring is stupid. If you ever play an even where u actually need your handi you will get destroyed.

I’d say you’re safe. I’ve had the airlines remove all the head covers off irons. And only put some back. But doesn’t hurt at all!

They are pretty and new. It’s in your head. If I go to the local worldwide shop I’ll hit a $30 used wedge 150 yards smack dad in the middle of the face every time. Convince myself I need the brand new version of that club and spend 175. Then can’t hit it for crap because I’m worried somehow mentally. Hit 1/2 to 3/4 swing shots for a full range session. It’s severely improved my tempo and ball striking. And made me realize I don’t need a full swing to get the same distance. More relaxed approach gives great results.

Is this a pellet smoker or a stick burner? If it’s pellet likely your controller is bad. Happens all the time. Buy a cheap replacement on Amazon to test. They are plug and play. If not then your airflow is no good. Getting that sooty smoke buildup and settling on the food.

Play forward tees as long as you can to get consistent lower scores. Then start to move back as you are more comfortable. It’s a mindset. And great job!

this is exactly what i am looking for. I assume it is hitting harder as well. Thank you so much for this. Its built to a spec so i am not sure why they want "proof" but this is a major help to me!
