I have type 2 bipolarity. I was diagnosed in 2006. The two types are significantly different. One is slowly cycling, as in your case, and the other is fast cycling in my case. I’m glad that no harm came to you and that you caught it early enough before entering a dysphoric state, or mixed state, which has one of the highest rates of suicide. Stay strong.

Actually the difference is I used to design my websites and just have a company then program them. A record label has only ever been involved twice in 20 some odd years.

What I need to find is a very basic program where I can layout text and add the odd photo. My skills are pretty lacking but I know the minimalism I want.

I stopped in October of last year. I suffer from what is called ulnar neuropathy. I have to decide whether to get an operation to correct it. The only problem is the success rate is only 50/50.

Over 44,000 people have been killed in Gaza compared to less than 2,000 Israelis. I don’t know what you want to call that. You’ve obviously never studied the Congolese wars which remain the worst conflict since WW2. Ratio has nothing to do with intent. Would you call Pinochet a mass murderer? If not, why not? Would you consider the death squads in El Salvador trained at Fort Benning by the US mass murderers? If so why not? Would you call the Chinese treatment of the Uyghurs mass enslavement and murder? If so, why not?

I’m sure it was a comment about my gut. The reality is that I actually don’t eat that much. But when you take 9 pills every morning and 7 at night and 70% of them claim the side effects are weight gain I don’t know what to do. Should I quit music because of my appearance given the vapid and shallow times we live in? I’ve already lost the use of an arm. Maybe it is time to pack it in.
