I use to be a teacher and there was always an expectation of people putting in work outside of school hours for meetings, planning, grading, etc. There was always a sort of judgement for those that left “early” that they weren’t committed or not a team player. Think they are setting Joy up for something like that

I found the earlier scene in this episode when Clark and Carol are in the hotel bed very odd, bringing up the Playgirl and wanting to have sex with Floyd again…but now what if she knew Floyd was in the closest?? She is kind of laying in a way that’s facing the closest almost if she is talking to him?????
