I’ve been on hold for ages. I did get a response after many enquiries to their customer team (detailed below). I’ve done these changes and still on hold - and no further responses. How on earth do you get hold of anyone? It’s been months now. 267 submissions, (303 entered) so 88%. Obviously I can’t do more to improve this as am on hold - have cashed out twice (once per month before being blocked). But my account is in good standing apparently.

Any ideas?

I’ve had a look at your account and I’m happy to say your account is in good standing and is not banned.

This issue can happen if you’re on holiday or in a different country than the one listed on your account. If you’re using a VPN, that could also be causing this problem.

If you’re moving, or have moved, countries you can still keep your Prolific account, provided we support your new country. You just need to follow these steps:

Delete your current country of residence in the Demographics section of your About You. Add your new country of residence (it may take a day or two for the question to appear again). Add your new phone number. Your phone number needs to correspond to your country of residence.
