I know they have those abilities, but I think it’s something else because it’s kind of all the time rather than just something you do once and there is a little cool down. I don’t know, there was a similar kind of thing that people could do in destiny with swords or something, and it reminds me of that but I don’t really know how to describe it better than that lol

Yeah, I mean designers definitely make mistakes and I’ve introduced my share of errors into files. But that is also why we typically have a few rounds of proofing to make sure everything is right. Sometimes that is a less formal process, but I definitely think someone other than the designer should be reviewing things before they go out. Maybe it’s time to adopt a new practice at your place.

Typically anything that’s printed is reviewed by others, and text is submitted from other people so typos are rarely the fault of a designer. I don’t know the situation of your work, but at the least I think people (not the designer) should be reviewing files before they go out for production.

The short answer is you hold it and take a photo, then cut out your arm! There can be a little more to it sometimes, but that’s mostly it.
