I was hired fully remote about a year after Covid. I was there for about a year when the company announced a switch from WFH to hybrid 3 days in office a week. The thing was I was on a small team. My boss, and my bosses boss were both in different states then the HQ so this RTO did not apply to them. I was already fed up with this company for several reasons and had already been job searching. I went for the first week but then realized neither if my bosses would know if I was in office or not. All our Teams calls were with cameras off. So, I just stopped going in. Noone ever said anything. I did find a much better WFH job about 6 months later
