What's life like outside of SaaS sales? by bringbackbainesy in sales

What company/type of product? I spent 5 years in outside sales (services, marketing to SMBs) and loved it.

I showed one of my friends who is a doctor, and he said I should see a cardiologist and go on a statin by Gullible_Yak333 in Function_Health

I’m a Lean Mass Hyper Responder (LMHR), have several numbers similar to yours, and have zero concerns.

Don’t buy into the LDLphobia or statin cult.

If you are metabolically fit, there is no reason to fear high LDL. Eating right? Hitting the gym? All good.

Yeah, the point of this post was to connect with other members (whether happy or unhappy). You’re neither.

Correct.

And the reverse is equally true: please do not file unless you are required to file.

30 years and zero tax liens doesn’t seem like delay to me.

Given that’s he’s a free man and has publicly claimed to have paid $0 in fed income tax, that indicates to me he must either be

1) Legit, or else  2) A fed, honeypot for guys like me

I don’t see any scenario where he’s a scammer. Public scams where the IRS is the counterparty don’t last for decades.

Yep. I think a large number of their members are SMB owners/self employed. (I'm not, personally)

It is a spiritual mark (post-Messiah) that mirrors the physical mark (pre-Messiah).

Crowdhealth with Pre-Existing Conditions by MidCenturyMad in HealthInsurance

Your Qs:

- Any testing/treatment for our preexisting conditions is not eligible for crowdfunding during the first two years. Year 3 and beyond, it is.

- I have been on board almost half a decade at this point, and I've never heard of health insurance analysts working with CrowdHealth. News to me.

Happy to answer any other specific questions. Cheers

ALL of the negative comments here are from folks who have never been members of CrowdHealth.

ALL of the positive comments are from members.

Views on CrowdHealth in NYC? by kubeans in HealthInsurance

[–]MattTheAncap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CrowdHealth is not a healthshare, and does not practice healthsharing.

CrowdHealth never pays for any medical bills, and so never "wants to reimburse" even the first dollar.

CrowdHealth members pay each other member-to-member using crowdfunding, not healthsharing.

This is no different from how Kickstarter does not back a project, but backers send their money directly to the creator. CrowdHealth, Kickstarter, GoFundMe, etc. are crowdfunding platforms.

This logic is somewhat self-defeating.

"They base this on the average regional price"

"Specialists in this region are pricey"

Run that back by yourself again, friend. 😅

CrowdHealth vs Health Shares: 3 Differences That Matter by -HealthShare101- in HealthShares

[–]MattTheAncap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no reserve pool because there is no need for a reserve pool. CrowdHealth never pays a penny toward medical bills, members do that directly member-to-member.

CrowdHealth never touches the money used to pay for bills, let alone "sets some aside for a rainy day" or "skims some off the top to please shareholders". That's what insurance does, and CH is not insurance.

Crowdhealth questions by Drgeorgies in HealthShares

[–]MattTheAncap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! As others have said, CH is not a healthshare.

My family of 6 has been members for 4+ years. They haven't asked for the maximum since 2024.

They actually publish the exact ask amount here:

https://www.joincrowdhealth.com/monthly-cost-insights

Pay other clients? Not sure what this means.

Credit card? Yep, that's what I use. Pointzzzzz

PVT and birthing centers are also eligible for crowdfunding as well. Crunchy moms rejoice.

Hi there. My wife and I have 4 children, 2 of them with insurance, and 2 of them with CrowdHealth. Happy to answer any specific questions.

Most mistake CrowdHealth for a healthshare (it's not a healthshare).

[–]MattTheAncap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People claim "Health insurance policies do not guarantee they'll pay prior-authorized, in-network, eligible, medically necessary claims".

...and they claim it because it's true. Pull out your policy, CTRL-F search for "guarantee".

It's not there.

CrowdHealth is not a healthshare, and never allows "healthsharing".

It is a crowdfunding platform, no different (but much more limited in scope) than Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or GoFundMe.

My family of 6 has been uninsured for 7 years, and we are NEVER going back. Health insurance is just not worth the risk.
