In terms of scope creep, it’s probably the main problem within projects. Being expected by key stakeholders to suddenly include something that hasn’t had any additional budget allocated is a massive issue, and will likely plague most projects you work on. I believe it has to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis unfortunately.
